Returns Policy

No-Question Return:  We offer a hassle-free return policy. Customers can return products within 3 days of the delivery confirmation by the rider, with no questions asked.

Return or Exchange: Customers have the option to either exchange the product or request a return. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery to initiate your return or exchange.

Courier Charges for Exchange: In case of an exchange, we will cover all courier charges, and no additional delivery fees will apply.

Courier Charges for Return: If you choose to return the product or are not satisfied (despite the detailed description and images provided), the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Processing:  Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
